Family owned and operated since 1991.

TransReport Services Inc. has been providing IFTA compliance and fleet management solutions to the trucking industry for over 25 years. By leveraging our industry knowledge, we provide customers with regulatory compliance solutions not available in house.

Today, TransReport continues to change and grow its portfolio of solutions. The addition of fleet management products to complement our many solutions now provides customers with a competitive advantage through lowered costs, convenience, proactive management, streamlined processes, and time savings.

Clive Carwardine

Co-Founder and President

Clive Carwardine is our Co-Founder and President. He has an extensive background in trucking management and operations with over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry surrounding regulatory compliance. Clive oversees all business related functions including operation, accounting and sales along with ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Dale Carwardine -

Dale Carwardine

Co-Founder and Administrative Assistant

Dale Carwardine is our Co-Founder and Administrative Assistant. Dale has an extensive IFTA and Hours of Service background with over 20 years of experience in trucking compliance. Dale is responsible for overseeing customer IFTA accounts and drivers HOS while also completing many of the day to day administrative and accounting processes.

Collin Carwardine -

Collin Carwardine, CCLP

Director of Sales and Marketing

Collin Carwardine is our Director of Sales and Marketing. Collin has a background in business with an Honours Recreation and Business degree from the University of Waterloo. He also has extensive training in supply chain and logistics via his professional CCLP designation. Collin oversees all business related functions including operation, business development, sales and marketing.
